“ Stopped by for dinner during a trip to Nevada City. Was welcomed in by the staff when we walked in and were told not to hesitate to ask any questions. We ordered a house sausage pizza and a shiitake mushroom & kale pesto pizza. Both were pretty good. Also got a bowl of the minestrone soup which was equally good. For drinks got the hometown honey amber ale and purdon porter, which I prefer the latter. Definitely enjoyed our dinner here and would come again. ”
“ Good beer, healthy food options. A bit on the pricier side, but that's what happens since they serve actual good food instead of bar food junk. You order at the counter and pay, they'll give you a number to take to any table you'd like and they'll bring your order over. It gets crowded on the weekends, so I don't recommend going with groups larger than 4. ”
“ I wish this bakery/restaurant/brewery had a location in Reno-but we are willing to drive to Nevada City to eat here. Today we had the caramelized onion spread with tapenade and chèvre spread on some of their delicious toasted French bread along with some minestrone soup. Everything is fresh grown at local farms and they plan their weekly menu around what's fresh and available. I love that their menu is constantly changing! Of course we had the get baked goods sharing a piece of decadent, rich, dense chocolate cream pie and taking home a loaf of French bread and a variety of cookies. This restaurant is understandably always busy but there is plenty of seating inside and also on their patio. recommend! ”
“ This was the only spot closest to us that was actually open early enough! We loved their tortilla espanola which was more like a quiche and their croissants were to die for. Love coming here in the morning and also picking up some fresh bread to enjoy while we are in town. ”
“ Came in during the Victoria Christmas Festival and OMG it was Packed, with a capitol "P." Pretty much every table was taken and I stood in line for at least 30 minutes to order food. Besides it being one crazy busy day, Three Forks Bakery & Brewery is a cool spot. They offer indoor and outdoor seating options, and they are dog-friendly. They are known for pizzas and pastries, so I stood in line for 30 minutes to try their pastries, peep my picture. Every thing was pretty tasty, except the chocolate chip cookie. There was a hint of spicyness to it what my tastebuds did not like very much. Otherwise, the Earl Gray cookie was different, in a good way and I loved the hazelnut pastry! Would I come back? Yes, the pizzas looked delicious and they offer a good selection of different beers on tap. ”
“ A great place for breakfast if you don't want a sit down option. We ordered this to go and ate at Airbnb nearby before Christmas market. The menu changes everyday but we tried: - the nest egg: hands down the most interesting thing and a well balanced breakfast of sourdough bread wrapped around a hard boiled egg and veggies cooked in a muffin tin. Must get! - standard quiche: good but small slices - Spanish tortilla omlet: huge slices and a little bland, could use some more salt or cheese or hot sauce - various baked goods like the gingersnap cookie, cinnamon roll, and muffin were tasty. Logistics: - indoor and outdoor seating - a small parking lot in front and limited street parking nearby - It's quite popular so be prepared for wait to order, but food comes out quickly - menu changes daily so don't rely on online menus, must see what they have ”
“ Worth the drive from El Dorado Hills - the Asiago garlic sourdough is amazing. Pastries are excellent as well - gingerbread stout cake was delicious! Coffee is great too! Excellent find. Will definitely be back! ”
“ Charming bakery/brewery with rotating farm to table food options. We came in right before lunch started, so we ordered drinks to start (a hot tea; and a delicious matcha latte). At the servers' recommendations, we got a lamb pizza and a mushroom kale pizza, plus a side of wood fired broccoli with miso walnut sauce. I wasn't sure if the unique flavors would work but everything was super well executed and tasted on point -- this is a place that does creative rotating seasonal menu items right. We admired the pastry case but were already busting full, so we'll hopefully get a chance to try their breakfast selection next time we are in town. ”
“ Came on a weekend afternoon and the line was pretty long. Took around 10 minutes to order at the counter. The toffee persimmon cake has a stronger toffee flavor with a light hint of persimmon. The pesto and squash pizza was very flavorful and creamy with the pesto, squash, and almond ricotta (added on). Three Forks is a bit pricier of a place but I enjoyed dining there. ”
